Contracted this company as my usual cleaner on leave at the time (for a number of weeks). The response was prompt, detailed and the owner is totally committed to delivering excellent customer service. The paperwork all checked out which was a relief, especially DBS – considering we are all welcoming the company into our home. The cleaning was thorough, the lady arrived on time and was hardworking!! Attention to details was great. Very pleased and certainly recommend them highly.

Had Lou come and do our carpets and sofa last week, she done an amazing job! The sofa is like brand new!! Very professional and reasonable—defo recommend and I will be using again for an over clean soon. Xx

Lou visits with a bag of magic, and cleans all areas of the studio from the office, bathroom to the kitchen, seating area and dance studio. It always looks brand new and I love that it is all eco friendly products used and they smell amazing. I have been using Done and Dusted over 6 years, and use them not only for the studio, but my home address and for any tenancy cleans I need with properties I let. I highly recommend Lou and her team.

Lou has been cleaning for me for approximately the last 4 months.

She comes when I’m at work so I com to a sparkling clean house which is great for about 5 mins before the kids trash the place!! She’s also really flexible and will change my day for example during half term if I’m off work with the kids.

If I ever need anything extra doing like cleaning the carpets I just drop her a message and that’s added on to my usual clean.

Overall she provides and excellent service and would highly recommend her.

Lou responded to our last minute, last date available, after delay with our build completion. She was able to attend on the Sunday before Christmas which was fantastic.

She did not have her usual staff members with her, but came with her teenage daughter and between them they managed to do all we asked of them. Remove dust and clean out all the new kitchen units and wash kitchen floors. (No cleaning of any appliances was required). Clean interior of windows. Vacuum all areas. Mop all areas. There were no carpets fitted, so boards had to be mopped.

(We didn’t not ask for any bathroom cleaning) except WC and basin in cloakroom. Everything looked lovely, clean and smelled fresh whey they departed. Lou is very hard working and shows a cheerful nature. She’s obviously a very proud owner of her business. Thank you so much Lou and Rhianna. We hope you had a lovely Christmas and wish you continued success in 2022.

Deep Clean – September 23, 2023. After being recommended by a friend, I hired this cleaning service for a deep clean. The team was meticulous and efficient, leaving my place looking brand new. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Now they’re my go-to-cleaners for regular services.

I searched lots of sites before I hired this cleaning service after a home renovation. My main worry was the extensive dust and plaster scattered throughout.

But their after-build clean was impeccable!

They meticulously removed every trace of dust and plaster, turning chaos into absolute cleanliness. It is a large property so was expecting 3 to 4 days, the team did it in 2.

Phi, Rihannon, Claire and Louise did an amazing job. It was mostly done in one day with the second day just getting the last remnants of dust that scatters about as you move.

They resolved all the post-construction issues, ensuring I was completely satisfied. I could see out of the window and see the reflections in the stone floors. Their dedication led me to tell everyone at our housewarming so I hope you get more word of mouth. Maybe in the new year we can book you monthly to help keep on top.

I’m happy with Lou and now her team. Lou started cleaning for me in 2015. I love the Magic bag of potions as I call it. I now have Jarla clean for me as Lou has moved on to running her business from home. I own several properties and the tenancy cleans are always top-notch. My home is always clean and presentable.

I am hay with Jacky and Sheryl. They have been doing a fantastic job and it has been such a change being able to come home and spend time with the kids instead of trying to get some cleaning done. They have been great at getting everything done to such a high standard in such a short space of time Thanks.

Tenancy Clean – December 5, 2023. A colleague referred me to this cleaning service for a tenancy clean after the company we used before we moved in had not done a great job.

Their professionalism and dedication were evident from the start.

The place looked impeccable after they finished, and the landlord was highly impressed. I plan to continue using their services so I can concentrate on other things.
