The starting price for a tenancy cleaning service is a guide and your quote will depend on what we see during our walkthrough.

The final quote will be affected if the property is in poor condition or larger than average.

Prices are based on;

• A single bathroom/WC
• Kitchen and
• Living room of average size and reasonable condition

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 48 hours before the cleaning.
